This week we talked to the golden haired beauty behind Starcoveredsky about fame, webparties and broken glasses.

What inspired you to start your blog?
- Well i used to have an old website on piczo, like ages ago, and i was at home sick (i had the flu for a week) and i just came to think about my old websites and things. so i decided to come back onto piczo and see how everything was, and right when i got on piczo i saw how much it had changed, and i actually like the changes, i think it is much cuter looking && i am a big fan of the front page boxes things, ive always wanted to be in the big box, i kinda set it as a goal for myself right once i began my blog :)

Your blog has quickly become really big and you've already had several thousands of visitors, what kind of reactions have you been getting?
- I know :) and its amazing, at first i never thought anyone would really come to see my blog. it was kind of just i dont know..'something to do' i guess while i was sick. but after a few people began to start commenting on my blog i began to actually enjoy making blog and such, so i decided that i needed to create a website, and i did, and its already gotten over 3,000 visitors i believe. its amazing, and i'm absolutely speechless :)

We have to agree with your readers, your hair looks absolutely amazing! Please share your secret!
- Haha, this question made me laugh a little :p ya know, there isn't really a secret :p my curling iron is actually from the brand "conair" and i bought it for around $15 - $20 from target i believe. it was very cheap, but works like a charm (: i am thinking of maybe sometime soon uploading some videos of a "how-to" video of how i curl my hair. but after i use my curling iron, i always spray a little bit of gardnier fructis hairspray to hold in it for a whole day..

Away from blogging, what do you enjoy doing?
- Well, there's lots of things i enjoy doing :) i love hanging out with my friends, taking pictures, listening to music, reading, playing with animals, going on trips to the mall with my friend morayo :) hanging out with my boyfriend ryan. i'm also actually a huge gamer-nerd.. i love call of duty 5, but now that cod4modernwarfare2 has come out, i am hooked to it and i bet i can kick anyone of you guys butts at it :)

Which blogs do you follow?
- I actually don't follow that many blogs, i mean i read a bunch of peoples, but i'm more into the actual websites. i could give a shout out to all my new friends i made on picxo here, my biggest fan sophie xD, and kayla, melissa, jennifer, labella, mickey, harry, autumnnnn:) all these guys have totally supported my blog & and website, without them i dont think i would have nearly as many page & blog views as i do noww.

Tell us 5 things we didn't know about you?
- Hmmm.. this is a tough one xD well, like i had said, im secretly a huge gamer chick. for a blondieee, im actually really smart:p (well, atleast thats what i've been told!:p) uhm, i also love to dress in way vintage clothing that looks like way cool & old timey :) im also trying to learn how to play the piano. oh, and my favorite type of food is mexican :D

Your webparty was a huge success, are you planning to host another one soon?
- Actually, yes i am, me and a few friends were discussing how a holiday party would be cool since its almost christmas and stufff:) im just hoping to get a bunch more people to come, the date of it will probably be posted soon, so you guys will have to keep checking up on my site for updates :)

The new year is quickly approaching, tell us about your best memory from 2009!
- Hmm, its so hard to choose xD id probably have to choose going to the mall really early in the day with mo and staying all day, then at night following random people and stalking them and watching them freak out on us. it was priceless to see their reactions. :p

What about your glasses - is it a fashion statement or are they actually broken?
- Hahaha. my nerdy glasses. no they actually aren't broken, i just always see girls wearing them but they are just totally plain, well, as you know me, of course i had to be different.p so i got a pair with duct tape down the middle(: i think that they are so much cuter than the plain ones too haha.

And finally, why should people read your blog?
- Well, i don't like to force people to read or check out my stuff, but i think people should read my blog because i love making new friends, and this blog and website that i have is just a way for me to share things about myself to all my friends, fans, and followers all around the world about what i've done that day & just cool things i've been wanting to talk about but there's no one here that i can really talk about them to. i love getting comments and messages from people saying that they like my site because it just inspires me that one day i might become a writer or journalist or something like that. i love hearing everyone's ideas, and usually apply them when i update my blog&website daily :)
